Alisha Geary began her writing career at a young age. When she was six she wrote her first story about a blob named “Og,” which received high praise from her teacher Mrs. Flime and rave reviews from her kindergarten class. Since then Geary has produced a body of work in creative non-fiction, fiction, and poetry. Most known for her literary criticism, Alisha Geary has taught composition and rhetoric classes at Utah State University, Salt Lake Community College, and Utah Valley University and student directed the USU English Department Writing Center. She has been published in Scribendi, GeekTyrant, Leatherwood Press, and Deseret Book. Her next project is single-handedly changing the world, one student at a time. To her surprise she currently lives in Provo, Utah.
